One of the many highlights of my trip so far after an incredible tasting of Marchesi Alfieri Barbera with CEO and chief oenologist Mario Olivero we had the most wonderful lunch with Paola Chiapascpa at Ristorante Il Centro. The food was superb. I had freshly made tajarin with new season’s white truffle followed by a special type of lamb, Agnello Sambucano. It was all incredibly delicious and the service was immaculate – not to mention that we were able to try a Barbaresco by Francesco Versio. Thank you do much @marchesialfieri @ristoranteilcentro
